[Rules]

1.The theme of this contest is "Festive Vibe", video submissions must be shot using iFlight Defender series drones and be a minimum of 20 seconds in length. High-quality videos that fit the theme will have the opportunity to be featured on iFlight social media.

2.When uploading entries, you need to add the hashtag 

#DefenderFestiveContest, and entries must be uploaded to one of your social media such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube.

First Prize (1 winner): 500USD store credit

Second Prize (2 winners): 300USD store credit

Third Prize (3 winner): 200USD store credit

*These top 6 premium content creators will be selected based on the quality of their work.

Participation Award: iFlight swag pack

*The first 20 creators who participate in the event and meet the requirements will receive an iFlight swag pack.

[Statement]

1. Participants must comply with all relevant laws, regulations and rules, including safety regulations, prohibition of the use of aircraft in no-fly zones as stipulated in laws and regulations, and obtaining the necessary flight permits or approvals.

2. Participants must ensure that the submissions are original, enjoy full copyright and do not violate relevant laws and regulations.

3. If the participant violates the rules and regulations, iFlight has the right to cancel the participant's participation and the awarding of prizes. 

4. Participants shall be responsible for any civil disputes, administrative actions or any other losses arising from the creation of disputes after the publication of the submitted works.

5. During the announcement period of the winning entries, any entity or individual who believes that the submitted work may be suspected of infringing their legitimate rights and interests should promptly provide proof of infringement to @iflightgo and we will verify and remove the infringing content from our account as soon as possible.

6. Once the participant has submitted a topic to participate in the activity, it's deemed to have agreed to authorize the official account of iFlight to forward and share the content of the work, and the copyright of the complete work still belongs to the author. 

7. If the winners are found to have illegal data brushing and other behaviors, they will be disqualified.

8. There is no limit to how many works you can submit, Care needs to be taken to avoid duplication of themes. Historically published works are not eligible for this challenge.

9. Except for the participation award, each participant can only win one prize. Multiple submissions of the same work will be counted as one; the same number/address/telephone number is deemed to be the same participant.

10 . Participants must guarantee the authenticity of the information submitted and the originality of their entries; the addition of watermarks may affect the selection results. Submission of false information will result in disqualification, and the participant will bear the consequences.

11. The organizer has the ultimate power of interpretation, to participate in this activity is considered to agree with the above statement.
